How to deal with the deviation of household treadmill

Nowadays, the workers pay great attention to health preservation and physical health. They are young, but they are in the state of soaking wolfberry in a thermos. It is also very important to take exercise in leisure time to keep the body healthy. Whether it is running on the treadmill in the gym or using the treadmill at home, after using it for a period of time, there may be running belt and deviation. If this happens in the gym, you can find the management personnel to solve it, but how to deal with it at home?
1、 Reasons for the deviation of the running belt of the household treadmill
The running belt of the household treadmill deviates due to the looseness of the tail screws on both sides, which leads to the imbalance on both sides. The main reasons for the looseness of the screws are as follows:
1. The boardroom of the treadmill is uneven, or the main machine is placed unevenly.
2. When we run, our feet are not in the center of the running belt of the treadmill.
3. When running, the force of both feet on the treadmill is uneven, which is caused by human deviation.
4. The running belt has been used for a long time, and the deformation of the running belt causes the running belt to deviate to one side.
2、 The treatment method of running belt deviation of household treadmill
1. Treatment of artificial running belt and deviation
If the running belt is deflected to one side due to human factors, such as the feet are not in the center of gravity of the running belt, and the force is uneven when running, we only need to idle the treadmill for a few minutes to recover.
2. Treatment of non-human running with deviation
If idling can't solve the problem, we have to adjust the bolts at the left and right adjustment positions of the rear end of the treadmill with the help of the Allen wrench provided with the machine, according to the unit of half a turn. The specific steps are as follows:
(1) First, turn on the treadmill to make it idle, that is, no one should stand on it, and then pay attention to which side of the running belt is leaning.
(2) If the running belt deviates to the left, adjust the adjusting screw of the left rear end cover clockwise, or adjust the adjusting screw in the adjusting hole of the right rear end cover counterclockwise.
(3) If the running belt deviates to the right, adjust the adjusting screw in the adjusting hole of the right rear end cover clockwise or the adjusting screw in the adjusting hole of the left rear end cover counterclockwise. It is recommended to adjust 90 degrees (one quarter turn) each time.
(4) Then turn on the treadmill and let it idle. Check whether the running belt is biased. If so, continue with the previous step.
3、 Method of judging the tightness of running belt of household treadmill
The running belt of the treadmill is too loose or too tight, which will seriously damage the life of the running belt and may cause safety problems.
1. When running at 6Km/H~10Km/H on the treadmill, grab the handrail with both hands, and then pedal forward with your feet. At this time, you will feel the shaking phenomenon on your feet. This shows that the running belt is lengthened and loose, and there is slipping between the running belt and the drum.
2. In addition, adjust the speed of the treadmill to the starting gear, grasp the handrail with both hands, and push the running belt forward with your feet. If the running belt stops rotating, but the front roller is still rotating, the running belt can continue to move after you release the handrail with both hands. This phenomenon indicates that the running belt is too loose, and there will be obvious pause feeling when running. Long-term use will reduce the life of the running belt, and the tightness of the running belt should be adjusted in time. Now let's talk about how to adjust the tightness of the running belt.
4、 Steps for adjusting the tightness of running belt of household treadmill
1. Tighten: Use the special tool provided with the machine to adjust the adjusting screw in the left and right adjusting holes of the rear end cover clockwise in the unit of one quarter turn (90 degrees) each time.
2. Loosening: use the special tools provided with the machine to make a quarter turn at a time.
